Edgemont Condo’s success has driven the Atira Group to pursue phase 2 of their development as they expand into townhome construction.  Their initial  first four townhomes represent the first of 14 in seven buildings

The Steamboat Pilot reports that ‘[e]ach townhome building will include one five-bedroom and one four-bedroom home, each with three full and two half-baths. The three-story site plans in this price point led the developers to include private elevators in all four units. The homes each will have a private outdoor hot tub and a large, two-car garage.

The intially slated 4 townhomes which will be available prices from $2,400,000 to $2,475,000.
